A monolith is a one piece monument that is set directly on the cemetery foundation.  Certain sections within the cemetery require that this is the type of memorial you can use.  It is for a single grave for two burials, however, some cemeteries may allow up to three burials.

The standard size is 24" in length, 30" in height and 8" in thickness.  The height of the monolith may vary slightly depending on the cemetery regulations.

There are different color granites that you may choose from.  Choosing a color other than gray, which is the standard, is a matter of preference.
